MEGABAY was established in 2023 ,and it focuses on two major industry trends: digital transformation and net-zero transition, serving as the core dual axes for promoting innovation. The incubator assists startups in navigating global industry trends and refining lean entrepreneurial thinking for mature development. In addition to providing access to international accelerators and investment matchmaking channels, it will also help integrate industrial resources in the southern region, offering entrepreneurial training spaces, innovation application testing grounds, and guidance on international market positioning, thereby creating a complete international startup ecosystem in southern Taiwan.
